Someone once told us that we should tear down our website and rebuild it again every 2-3 years. With more than four years on its back, our old website was due for an update.

The old doctrine of satisfied customers' equal loyal customers no longer applies. Satisfied customers are only in the store until they receive a better offer from a competitor or until they feel that you stepped them over their toes or taken excessive charges for services.

By including the former Navision director and current General Manager of Microsoft Western Europe, Søren Fink-Jensen to Enalyzer’s board of directors, Enalyzer has be strengthen with a visionary and internationally oriented capacity, which will help drive the IT firm's international market expansion.

With a growth rate of over 43% in the third quarter, Enalyzer has sustained its positive financial course.

The Danish political party Ny Alliance took a different approach to engaging its members in the practical campaign work in the run-up to this Autumn's Danish parliamentary elections.

The IT tools Enalyzer RelationsPanel (ERP) and Enalyzer SurveySolution (ESS) have now been integrated.

As part of the development of the new overall HR solution, Enalyzer has carried out the largest representative survey to date of motivation and job satisfaction among Danes. The survey involved more than 10,000 working Danes and clearly showed that the financial sector has the most satisfied employees.

Once again, in collaboration with HumanConsult and "Personalechefer i Danmark" (HR managers in Denmark), Enalyzer has published a report on the role played by HR in the company of the future. The results of the comprehensive surveys reflect what is needed to optimise the role of the HR department of the future. It was presented at the “HR Meeting Place” event held in Øksnehallen in October 2007.

Denmark’s newest political party Ny Alliance (New Alliance), which was founded this spring by politicians Naser Khader, Gitte Seeberg and Anders Samuelsen, is now pioneering new methods of ensuring close contact with the party rank and file.

Enalyzer has continued its positive growth and in Q2 expanded its business to more Nordic markets. Now Enalyzer has a department in Sweden and has signed a franchise agreement with Enalyzer Norge A/S.

In the 2nd quarter of 2007 Enalyzer’s turnover increased by 50.4% compared to the same period the year before. Thus, Enalyzer maintains the high rate of growth which has been a characteristic of the company since the start in 2000.

The solution enables companies and organisations to make comprehensive employee satisfaction surveys and manager assessments using Enalyzer’s questionnaire software, Enalyzer Survey Solution.

On 20 September Enalyzer will host a seminar to present a precise and detailed review of the possibilities that the new web-based HR solution provides.

After a successful introduction on the Scandinavian stock market “First North”, connected to the Nordic stock market OMX, Enalyzer follows their international ambitions. The first step in the international venture is the establishing of a new office in Sweden on Vasagatan 11 in Stockholm.

Last year Enalyzer launched the software program Enalyzer RelationsPanel. The Danish municipal Furesø is using the solutions on a newly installed citizen panel, which gives the local politicians a clear message when it comes to the citizen’s opinions regarding important municipal matters.
