We've taken a close look at more than 1.500 Scandinavian managers attitudes and behaviour. A clear picture quickly takes form - the special Nordic management culture is still going strong. The classical nordic management style, with focus on trust, freedom under responsibility, respekt, communication, motivation and active participation clearly burns through in the survey, for all respondents.
