1. Survey

It's quick and easy
With Enalyzer Survey Solution it's easy to build a survey. The tool is developed to handle both simple and more complicated surveys. The questionnaire can be build from scratch or on the basis of numerous predefined Enalyzer templates.

Design it according to your needs
Create all sorts of questions and define content and question specific layout yourself. Our streaming technology enables you to test pictures, sound and video without any deterioration of the quality. The questionnaire can continuously be shown and tested online before launch.

Furthermore, you can transfer the whole questionnaire directly to Word for proofreading and eventual distribution. Finally, you can design the questionnaire with your corporate company colors, font types, logo and selected pictures.

2. Contact groups

Who shall participate and how are the respondents invited?
You define and choose the persons you want to participate in the overall survey. The respondents can be reached by 4 ways:

  1. E-mail invitation: Respondents receive an e-mail invitation with a link and a unique username and password.
  2. Pop-up Survey: Respondents are automatically exposed to the questionnaire as they enter or exit a certain webpage.
  3. Link: Respondents get access to the questionnaire by clicking on a link which is placed in a banner, small advert or the like.
  4. Combined data retrieval: The method is used when it’s impossible to reach all of the respondents by e-mail. Respondents get a paper questionnaire, which is typed/scanned in Enalyzer Survey Solution and merged together with all the e-mail replies.
Case: E-mail invitation
The most commonly used distributing method is the e-mail invitation. The respondent target group can either be typed in manually or extracted and imported from the company’s own database.

You write an e-mail invitation that contains a general introduction to the overall survey. This invitation is then sent out to all the respondents with a unique username and password. It makes it possible to send out reminders and ensures that one person cannot participate more than once.

The Contact module also permits complete anonymity in the survey. In employee satisfaction surveys for instance, it is highly important to keep all the answers anonymous to ensure valid replies.

Finally, it is possible to connect predefined background information to each respondent. These data can later be used in the analysis and reporting. For more personalized survey content, this information can be weaved into the e-mail invitation or the questionnaire.

3. The publication of the survey

High retrieval rates - that’s how you’ll get the best results

Once the survey is launched, you will have access to detailed retrieval statistics on for instance number of completed interviews, incomplete or partially completed interviews. To ensure higher retrieval rates, reminders can be defined and distributed automatically. The system contains advanced search functionalities on respondents, which allows you to extract selected groups and individualize their reminders.

After survey closure
When the survey is complete, it is easy to close. A respondent who still tries to reply will politely be rejected with a short notification.

Once the survey is complete, there still remain 3 possibilities of making additional launches within the same survey project:
  1. Launching new invitations to respondents with wrong e-mail addresses
  2. Launching the same questionnaire to the same target group in order to analyze changes over time.
  3. Working continuously with the same questionnaire, when survey invitations are sent to new persons at a later stage. This allows you to benchmark different target groups and changes over a given time span
4. Analysis

Fast and comprehensive analysis
Enalyzer Survey Solution offers extensive analysis and reporting facilities. It is up to you which kind of statistical information you would like to include in the reports. Data are normally analyzed by means of frequency and cross tabulation. If needed, stats like average and mean are included.

Additional functionality allows you to create benchmarks reports, break down reports on the basis of advanced data filtering, merge response options and much more.

Get your report in the appropriate format
When defined, presentable reports are automatically generated to Word, Excel or published online.

Finally, you are able to export data to other systems in various formats such as Excel, CSV and XML.
